Tom Moffatt has served as Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel of CVS Health Corporation since January 2014; Vice President and Secretary of CVS Health Corporation from January 2012 through December 2013; Vice President, Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate Services of CVS Pharmacy, Inc. since August 2008. Tom provides legal oversight and support for a wide variety of corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, corporate structure and maintenance, SEC and NYSE reporting and compliance and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining CVS Health in August 1997, Tom spent four years as a corporate law associate at the law firm of Mintz Levin in Boston.
Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College, and his Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law.
